In this day and age of the "big box" companies and everyone so interested in turning a profit, it is a refreshing change of pace to find a company who still values quality work and the importance of keeping strong customer relationships. As a high school media specialist from Waterford, Michigan, I am pleased to say that the Jasper Group company still holds on to these values. The furniture purchased for my library has been in service for the twelve years of my career and was in place before I arrived. It is still sturdy and looks almost new. The Media Center is still a focal point of our school thanks to your solid and durable furniture. I would like to compliment you on standing by your product twelve years after purchase. When I called to get some information on how to repair the few chairs that had taken some unusual beating, your staff followed through and supplied me with the parts, honoring a purchase made well over a decade ago. Unbelievable!
